Community Outreach Program
Action 29 has fourteen years experience of putting quality murals on our community walls in Twentynine Palms, California. With the completion of each project, community and internal expectations have remained high. Action 29 continues to test itself and its abilities to stay at the forefront of the mural arts, not only in the United States, but also around the world. As such, Action 29 will reach out to aspiring muralists, but at the same time, it will also maintain its high level of artistic expectations.
General Criteria For Acceptance

1. The artist is willing to receive expense money only 2. The artist will wave all mural fees in return for exposure 3. The artist will complete his/her artwork in seven (7) to fourteen days which generally means a smaller mural 4. The artist must submit an online portfolio of their artwork to the board of directors of Action Council for 29 Palms; email is preferred 5. The artist must be flexible and be able to create a maquette of their work |
Historically, Action Council for Twentynine Palms, Inc. has "reached out", partnering with various organizations within the Morongo Basin to create and execute another quality project for teh common good; thereby lessening the overall financial impact o either organization, while maintaining to stay the course as the overall leader in this, an artistic community.
